FAQ's

1What if I miss my boat time?

Missed your boat? We’ll do our best to find you a spot on the next available return boat. If no spaces are available, you’ll need to arrange for a hotel stay if rooms are open. To avoid this, please stick to your scheduled return time.

2What time should I arrive at the port?

Please be at the boarding point at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time.

3Will there be a boat to bring us back at the end of the party?

Absolutely! When you book your Event Pass, you’ll select your departure and return times. Your spot on the return boat is reserved based on your selection.

4Can I walk in, or do I need to book in advance?

Walk-ins are not guaranteed due to limited boat capacity. We strongly recommend booking your pass in advance.

5Is it BYOB?

No need we have Open Food 7:00 --> 12:30 Open Drinks 4:00 --> 12:30

6Can we still camp?

Camping is not allowed, as per the island’s policies.

7Where is Ollie Daze located?

We’re no longer based in UAQ we’re exploring different spots across the UAE! Why stay in one place when we can bring you a fresh, unforgettable experience every time? Keep up with our updates to catch the next destination!

8Are dogs allowed?

Small dogs are welcome, per island regulations.
